How many feeds can I follow?
The number of feeds depends on your plan. For example, Beta allows up to 40 feeds, Starter up to 5, Essential up to 25, Pro up to 50, and Ultimate up to 100 feeds.
How often are feeds checked?
Refresh frequency depends on your plan: from every 10 minutes (Starter) to every 2 minutes (Pro and Ultimate). This ensures you receive updates quickly.
Can I customize message appearance?
Yes. Starting from the Essential plan, you can customize bot embeds to match your community style.
Which platforms will be supported in the future?
In addition to RSS feeds, integrations with YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and LinkedIn are planned soon to expand automated monitoring options.
What happens if the bot is temporarily unavailable?
If the bot is temporarily unavailable, no updates are lost. As soon as it is back online, it catches up and publishes all missed news.
Is the Beta plan permanent?
No. The Beta plan is temporary and only available during the launch phase. After that, all users will automatically move to the Starter plan. If you exceed Starter limits, you will receive a message inviting you to adjust your feeds or upgrade to a higher plan.
