General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between AGAN Security, a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 939107157, with its registered office at 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France, and any person (the client) wishing to benefit from the services provided by AGAN Security.

Services Covered

The services offered include, but are not limited to:

  • Development of Discord bots,
  • Provision of cybersecurity and information security services,
  • Development of custom software and technical solutions,
  • Management or supervision of servers (including Discord servers),
  • Any digital service offered through the website agansecurity.fr or affiliated channels.

Orders and Payment

Any order is considered final upon written confirmation (contract, purchase order, email, or payment), unless otherwise stated.

Payments are made online or by bank transfer via secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

AGAN Security does not store any banking data.

Delivery and Deadlines

Delivery and execution times are specified at the time of order. AGAN Security undertakes to inform the client of any delay.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary information for the proper execution of the service,
  • Comply with the technical conditions of integration, usage, or support specified by AGAN Security,
  • Not misuse the services for any illegal or unethical purpose.

Limitation of Liability

AGAN Security cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or operational disruption resulting from the use of its services. In all cases, AGAN Security’s liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the service.

Termination

Any fixed-term service (subscription, contract) may be terminated by the client at the end of the agreed period. In the event of a serious breach, AGAN Security reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without notice.

Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
