Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer protection law (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), consumer clients have a 14-day period from the date of order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the service has not yet commenced.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital services that have already been activated with the client’s consent,
  • Services that have begun or been completed before the end of the legal withdrawal period,
  • Custom or personalised services (e.g. bespoke development, security audits).

Refunds

Refund requests must be sent by email to contact@agansecurity.fr, along with the order confirmation or proof of payment.

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment,
  • Clear and proven error by the service provider,
  • Failure to deliver the service without valid justification.

Outside of these cases, no refund shall be due for services already started or delivered, unless otherwise stipulated by contract.
